With eight-layers layout, SOM437x represents the continuous development of EMA System on Module technology. Featured in lead free and immersion gold design, SOM437x is approved by CE and FCC Certification.
The TI AM437x family consists of the AM4372, AM4376, AM4377, AM4378, AM4379, which integrates ARM Cortex-A9 @ 300M-1GHz. With PRU-ICSS on module, SOM437x supports multiple industrial protocols. SOM437x is aimed at users looking to use SOMs in extreme industrial environments.
Additionally, SOM437x supports linux4.4.41 OS. Offering hardware and software design support, we aim at making your product get to the market faster. EMA offers complete SDK with a variety of demo, which let you to take advantage of EMA products to shorten time-to-market, reduce development costs, and avoid substantial design issues and risks.
