Based on HUAWEI HISILICON Hi3531DV100 processor, SOM3531D is EMA’s Lead-Free and immersion gold material, 8-layers layout SOM. The Hi3531DV100 provides an embedded dual-core ARM A9 processor, a high-performance H.265 video encoding/decoding engine, a high-performance video/graphics processing engine integrated with various complicated graphics processing algorithms, HDMI/VGA HD
outputs, and various peripheral interfaces. These features enable the Hi3531DV100 to provide high-performance, high-picture-quality, and low-cost analog HD/SDI solutions for customers’ products while greatly reducing the eBOM cost.
SOM3531D enables consumers to use flexible size of RAM and FLASH Memory based on different applications. In addition to above functions, SOM3531D has offered a rich set of peripherals resources such as 10/100/1000M Ethernet, USB Host, USB2.0, HDMI, SPI, IIC, ADC and TF card slot.
With the stable and easy-to-use HISILICON SDK, SOM3531D can assist consumers in rapid product mass production.
