H73XX-A series is a three-terminal voltage regulator realized by CMOS technology, which is characterized by high input voltage, low voltage difference and small static current. It typically has an output current of 250 milliamps and an input voltage of 18V. Its output voltage range is 1.8V ~ 5V, users can also realize the output voltage adjustable according to the modification of the peripheral circuit. Due to the use of CMOS technology, it can achieve low voltage difference and low power to meet the special requirements of the circuit occasions.
High working voltage: maximum 18V
Low static power: 2uA(typical)
Output accuracy: ±2%
Output current: 250mA (typical value)
