With 16Tops computing power, AIM16T is the AI intelligent module based on Cambricon MLU220 SoC. It supports various of deep learning frame such as Caffe, TensorFlow and Mxnet. The video processing performance of the AIM16T module is superior, supporting H264, H265, VP8, VP9 codec, decoding up to 16 channels 1080@30p, encoding up to 8 channels 1080@30p, etc.
AIM16T uses SO-DIMM interface standards. The dimension of AIM16T is only 67.6mm x 45mm, which is more convenient for developers finish their design based on the module.
In addition to above functions, AIM16T is offering a rich set of peripherals resources such as 10/100/1000M Ethernet, dual-lane GMAC, dual-lane PCIE GEN3.0, UART, SPI, I2C and SDIO.

AIM16T fully supports various mainstream programming frameworks (such as TensorFlow, Caffe, Caffe2, MXNet, ONNX, etc.). Users can easily develop and deploy deep learning applications on AIM16T for the above-mentioned programming framework. At the same time, NeuWare provides a complete runtime system and driver software to facilitate rapid system integration.
